PASTORS
Todd Lowery
SENIOR PASTOR
Todd graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary and came to Redeemer in 2016 after serving in churches in Georgia and Louisiana. Todd and his wife Josie have 3 adult children (Grayson, Mary Catherine, and Nathan) and 3 grandchildren (Poppy, Jane, and Clark). Todd is an Alabama Football fan, but we like him in spite of this. He served as Redeemer's Associate Pastor for 6 years and became the Senior Pastor for Redeemer in 2022. He loves Athens and cares tremendously for the health and wholeness of our church. His desire is for God's people to grow closer to Christ and share the Good News of salvation to a needy world.
Matt Siple
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Matt began attending Redeemer in 2000 while a student at the University of Georgia. He worked in financial services for several years in Athens before graduating from Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary and joining the pastoral staff in 2016. He is married to Nan and has 5 children (Lelia, Matthew, Jr., John, Sam, and Katherine.)
Wes Andrews
ASSOCIATE PASTOR - YOUTH + FAMILY
Wes has been ministering to youth and families for over 20 years and joined the Redeemer staff in 2020. He attended Clemson University and then completed Seminary at Reformed Theological Seminary, making his way to Athens by way of Charlotte, NC. He and his wife Sage have 4 kids: Wyatt, Walker, Lalla and Waylon. He’s an avid outdoorsman and (oddly enough) loves manual labor.

Jill Brannen
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Jill grew up in Columbus, GA and graduated from Auburn University. She's served as Redeemer's Children's Ministry Director since 2006. Jill and her husband Phil have three children: Caroline, Rachel, and Patrick.
Morgan Gee
YOUTH DIRECTOR
Morgan is from the great state of Florida but has redeemed herself by living in Athens since 2005. Morgan came to UGA for college and decided to stay a while, working as a graphic designer before taking the Youth Director position at Redeemer. Morgan and her husband Ike enjoy swimming at the river, hangin’ with the youth, riding bikes, and having meals with friends.
Kristin Sigalas
WOMEN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR + OFFICE MANAGER
Kristin has had the privilege of working at Redeemer since 2001. She and her husband George were born and raised in California, came to Athens in 1992 because of UGA, but were so taken with the town and people that they made it their home. She loves the planning and adventures of travel, a good conversation over strong black coffee or tea, and listening to people's stories, good jokes or puns.
Chet Bennett
BUILDING SUPERVISOR
Chet lives in Nicholson with his wife Savannah. They have been married a year and a half and are members of Good Shepherd. Chet really enjoys being outside and playing Pickleball.
Matt Osburn
MUSIC DIRECTOR
Matt and his wife Savanna have been at Redeemer since 2015, and have two amazing kids, Watts and Vera. Matt is originally from Marietta, GA, and graduated from Georgia College in 2011 with a BA in Music Composition. On any given day you'll find him rewiring a guitar, working outside on house projects, or gathering with friends and family around the table.
Jessica Simon
NURSERY DIRECTOR
Jessica and her then boyfriend, now husband, have attended Redeemer since their second weekend in Athens in the fall of 2005. Since then, Jessica has graduated college, taught elementary school, married Andy, become a mom to Lela, Natalie, and John Hodges, and cared for many, many children in her home. She has served in the Nursery, in the Children's Ministry, and in the Women's Ministry over the years and is looking forward to her new role as Nursery Director.
Dean Eidson
YOUTH STAFF & PARKING COORDINATOR
Dean is the Pastoral Intern over Youth. He's originally from Gainesville, GA but moved to Athens after transferring to UGA. He started attending Redeemer in the Spring of 2021 and has served with the RPCYouth as both a volunteer and a summer intern. Dean can be found playing disc golf with friends or catching a Braves game!
Gracie Pilkenton
COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Gracie is a weird combination of adventurous/enneagram 7 and your classic Type A. Gracie handles the communication at Redeemer and is your gal to email when you need help getting the word out. Gracie and her husband Jesse love hosting around their table, themed parties, shenanigans and their their kids: Bear, Cooper and Charlie Beth.
Susan Snyder
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Susan has worked for Redeemer since July of 1998 when she and her husband James moved to Athens. They have three children, Abigail, Rachel and Samuel. Susan handles all of the finances for Redeemer (among many other hats.) Susan grew up in Japan and should be your go-to for any Athens-food-related questions.
PASTORAL INTERNSHIPS
Phillip Dekle
YOUTH | Boys
Phillip graduated from Mercer University with a bachelors of science in Psychology. He is originally from Metter GA. You might know the slogan “Everything is better in Metter” but jury is still out on what one. Phillip loves volleyball, board games, watching movies, and video games.
Katie Gregory
YOUTH | Girls
Katie started going to Redeemer in 2023 and quickly fell in love with the church. She is an English Education major and loves trying new coffee shops, reading, walking with friends, being outside, and doing anything RUF-related. She grew up just outside of Chattanooga and is absolutely stoked to have the honor of working with the youth group as an intern!
